The 2-Hour Sewing Club is a low-cost membership that includes everything you need to get really good at sewing.

Our members create simple, easy and fun projects that can be completed in 2 hours or less each month. Every month is a new sewing adventure! You will receive a new project and detailed, beginner-friendly video tutorials to help you complete it confidently.

Hey there! I’m Christine – and I know the feeling of not knowing where to get started with sewing. 

I spent years figuring this sewing thing out – trying all of those things you may have been told to do…
(if only I had a penny for every time someone told me to “just YouTube it”…🤦‍♀️)

 No aspiring sewist should have to feel confused about where to start – I’m here to make it simple for you! 🫶

I’LL BE HONEST WITH YOU

GETTING TO THIS POINT WASN'T EASY

When I started sewing in 2015 I tried to follow all the trends, the tutorials, new blogs… I went down the sewing rabbit hole and almost didn’t come back up… I thought I was learning new skills, but I was actually wasting my time watching one video after another and never really accomplishing anything.

I ended up more confused than ever, and everything I made was…well… a disaster!

I finally decided to sit my bum down in front of my sewing machine and not my laptop, and get into the real learning. It took years of focus, many books and courses and lots of practice – but I successfully learned all the sewing skills imaginable, including pattern drafting.


But I couldn't help but feel it shouldn't be this complicated.

Why did I have to spend so much time trying to find the simpler way?

And I started thinking about all the women who have had to do the same...

I saw the need for simple, to the point sewing lessons for beginners – the kind I could never find! So I decided to host a beginner’s online sewing course and immediately had 30 women enrol! 

But after our first two projects, SOMETHING wasn’t right…

AND I REALIZED TWO THINGS...

  • A once-off sewing course was not enough to build all the skills for lifelong sewing.
  • Motivation doesn’t last beyond the end of a course. Students were left asking: "what's the best thing to sew next?"


THE SOLUTION WAS CLEAR:

We weren't ready to end our journey! We needed a place to keep coming back to - where members could keep discovering new projects that matched what they could already do - and helped them learn new skills!

A: Nope! All the video lessons you need are pre-recorded and you get to sew in your own time! Our LIVE sew alongs are recorded and the replays are available in your classroom. 
Q: What kinds of patterns are there in the membership?
A: You can expect to find sewing patterns for bags, home decor, gifts and women’s clothing.
Q: What is your sewing pattern size range?
A: All patterns are available in UK Sizes 30 – 56
Q: Can I cancel my membership at any time?
A: Yes, you’re in control of your subscription – you have the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time.
Q: How often are new lessons and projects added?
A: New content is added regularly to keep your sewing journey exciting. You can expect a fresh project tutorial each month.
Q: What happens to my projects when I cancel?
A: You will lose access to the online classroom and any patterns you did not download. You are encouraged to download each pattern and save it as soon it is released.
