  • Membership fees can not be refunded. Should you forget to renew your subscription please cancel it within 24 hours of your next payment date
  • All content, PDFs, patterns, information shared as blog posts, videos and other creations are the express property of Confused to Creative, and are Copyrighted by Christine Craythorne and Netti Craythorne. .
  • No content (including videos, PDFs, patterns etc) may be shared in any way or form. Sharing this content will make you guilty of Copyright Infringement as defined by the Copyright Law of South Africa.
  • Unpaid memberships are canceled within 7 days of non-payment. Membership content is owned by Confused to Creative- it is not purchased by the member. Members have access to content while they are part of the membership. Access to the premium content will be lost when a membership is cancelled.
  • Courses and course content have lifetime access - you can access them for as long as they exist on the platform. Christine Craythorne and Confused to Creative reserve the right to remove and retire any courses and membership content for operational reasons.
  • Christine Craythorne and Confused 2 Creative reserve the right to cancel any membership with immediate effect if it is determined that the business relationship is not a good fit.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, no memberships can be refunded.
  • Christine Craythorne and all stakeholders of Confused to Creative reserve the right not to respond to unsolicited phonecalls and text messages. Communication will be via email only
  • Members are expected to conduct themselves in a non-confrontational, friendly and helpful manner as members of any Confused to Creative community. Overstepping the boundaries set by admins and stakeholders of Confused to Creative will lead to immediate removal from any community groups.
